On 28th of March, 2025, UOALC hosted a Webinar on “The Misconception of the Term: Next of Kin”, drawing participants from various backgrounds interested in understanding the legal implications of the term.
The session featured an insightful presentation by Uchenna Ojembe, Esq., the Principal Counsel of UOALC, who clarified widespread myths about the term – Next of Kin. He also highlighted its true legal meaning and relevance.
The attendees actively engaged in a brief Q&A session, raising important questions that enriched the discussion.
The Webinar successfully achieved its objective of providing clarity on Next of Kin misconceptions, and equipping attendees with valuable legal Knowledge.
UOALC’s CHILDREN’S DAY OUTREACH 2024
On May 27, 2024, Uche Ojembe & Associates Legal Consult (UOALC) commemorated Children’s Day with a heartwarming outreach program.
Team UOALC began the Outreach visit at Osaze We Care Foundation in Apo, Abuja – FCT, where we engaged with the children, educating them on their rights and enjoying a fun-filled afternoon of dancing and gift-giving. We also presented goodwill gifts to the caretaker and the children. Next, we stopped by the Neonatal ward at Bwari General Hospital, where our Principal Counsel, Barr. Uchenna Ojembe, had a compassionate conversation with the mothers of the babies, inquiring about their challenges and offering support. UOALC committed to covering or subsidizing some of the babies’ medical bills, bringing hope and joy to the families.
This outreach was a fulfilling experience, allowing us to spread love and kindness to those who need it most. As a firm, we strive to give back to the community and make a positive impact. We look forward to expanding our outreach efforts in the years to come.

On May 27, 2023, UOALC organized a special outreach in celebration of Children’s Day. The first stop was at JKS Orphanage/Centre for Special Needs in Kubwa, Abuja where the team spent quality time with the children, engaging in prayers and activities aimed at uplifting their spirits. The team also provided relief materials to ensure their comfort and well-being. After a meaningful interaction with the children at JKS Orphanage/Centre for Special Needs, the UOALC team proceeded to the second destination, Osaze We Care Foundation in Apo, Abuja, where we continued to spread love, joy and support. We participated in prayer sessions, dancing and also shared relief materials for the children.
This outreach program was a heartwarming experience for the team and the children. It reinforced the importance of supporting vulnerable members of the community and highlighted the positive impact that can be achieved through collective efforts. UOALC remains dedicated in giving back to society and improving the lives of those less fortunate.

Since our establishment and official grand opening on October 8 which extended to October 9, 2020, we’ve become a beacon of hope for clients who once felt their business and human rights issues were beyond recovery/repair. On October 8, 2023, UOALC marked a significant milestone as we proudly celebrated 3 years of legal excellence. In commemoration of our anniversary, UOALC hosted an enlightening webinar: “Unlocking Your Financial Potential: Unravelling Debt Recovery Strategies in The Legal Landscape”, which was held on October 17, 2023. It was an exciting event, with series of engaging sessions and insights from special guest speakers. This event was also a special time to reflect on our incredible journey over the years, the countless success stories we have achieved, and an opportunity to appreciate our exceptional legal team and our wonderful clients.

On May 27, 2022, UOALC dedicated the day to the children at Osaze We Care Foundation Orphanage Abuja FCT to commemorate the children’s day. We had fun with the kids and sensitized the caretakers of the children with the children about the children’s protection as guaranteed under the Child’s Right Act 2003 and how the children should be treated internally (within the home) and externally (outside the home). We ended the day by offering schooling scholarship to two children at the orphanage to span for one year as part of our support for humanitarianism. At UOALC we will continue to support and fight for the legal rights of children.
